1998-2001 Director & Founder  Experts UK Limited - professional and counselling advice lines – advice by telephone.

Created the UK Income Tax Return Form in EXCEL and made 23 unique Rapid-Tax-Calculators;

2000-to-2007 A Director of ITAC, International Telework Association and Council, Washington DC.

1999-to-date Member of Tomorrow’s Company, special interest in Social and Environmental Reporting;

1998-to-2000 Director & Co-Founder WISE, Work Information Society and Employment Forum, Vienna.

1988-to-date Director & Founder SW2000 Telework Studies. Clients included BT, WHO, TfL, Prudential, World Bank Washington, other major employers, & the European Commission. 

1989-92 Sleeping Partner Financed Oxford Business Planning, Auditors and Accountants, sold at a large loss to Haines Watts in 1992 -

1980-89 Director & Founder and led the £80M Oxford Science Parks Ltd proposal at Oxford Station, in partnership with Wolfson College, Oxford.

1980/87 Director & Founder Morton Hodson & Co Ltd a franchise I built to 60 people, 38 offices, Business Expansion Specialists.

1977-80 Managing Director of Mallalieu Engineering and Mallalieu Cars Ltd. Built it from 5 to 50 employees.  Exported cars world-wide. Worked on eco-friendly hybrid commuter car/s.
